Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Analytics Business Analyst with solid Business Analysis expertise in the Banking domain. The candidate will work on transformation and data-driven initiatives for a leading global banking client. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Work closely with business and technical teams.
- Support banking transformation and analytics initiatives.
- Participate in UAT and requirement validation.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders.
- Ensure successful project delivery in Agile environments.

- 712 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
