Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and collect relevant information from various sources.
- Analyse market trends and prepare research reports.
- Create and develop research-based content and documentation.
- Use MS Office tool for data management and reporting.
- Assist in programming-related research and content preparation when required.
- Communicate research findings clearly in English.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the team to complete assigned tasks.
