Role & responsibilities

- Conduct verification of candidate/vendor credentials including ID proofs, education, criminal records, and address checks.

- Maintain accurate and real-time trackers and master logs.

- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks as per business KPIs.

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client requirements.

- Adapt quickly to process updates and communicate progress effectively to supervisors

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Team player with a proactive attitude.

- Basic knowledge of IT systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong ethical values and professionalism.
