We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the FP&A; and MIS functions. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, and business partnering to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
Role & responsibilities
- Work with organization's FP&A; and MIS functions.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Conduct financial, variance, and profitability analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain financial models for planning and forecasting.
- Monitor budget utilization and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and support business reviews.
- Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and MIS.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to independently manage the FP&A; function.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Solid leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
