Role Description This is a full-time, in office Air Conditioning Technician role based in the Greater Rajkot Area.

The Air Conditioning

Technician will install, maintain, and repair various air conditioning systems, including Split, Cassette, Centralized, Ductable, and Window units. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine inspections, cleaning and servicing components, and ensuring proper system performance and safety compliance. The role also involves responding to service calls, documenting work performed, managing basic inventory of parts and tools,



and coordinating with supervisors and colleagues to complete jobs on schedule. The technician will interact with customers on-site, explain findings and recommended solutions, and contribute to maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, explain technical issues clearly, and maintain professional relationships.
- Knowledge of Export and Freight processes related to movement of AC units or spare parts is an advantage.
- Ability to provide Training or guidance to junior technicians or helpers on safe and effective work practices.
- Practical experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of Split, Cassette, Centralized, Ductable, and Window AC systems.
- Understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical wiring, troubleshooting techniques, and use of diagnostic tools.
- Capability to work safely on-site, including adherence to safety standards, proper use of PPE, and handling of refrigerants.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC/Refrigeration or a related field; prior experience as an AC technician is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and adapt to varying customer and site requirements.
