Position Summary
Phenom Cloud is looking for an AI Workflow Visionary (3–6 years) to design and implement advanced AI-driven automation strategies. You will work closely with clients to transform workflows using intelligent technologies and deliver scalable automation solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business workflows and identify AI-driven optimization opportunities.
- Design and implement intelligent automation solutions using AI/ML tools.
- Lead workflow transformation initiatives across departments.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deploy automation solutions.
- Monitor performance of AI workflows and optimize continuously.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients on automation strategies.
- Ensure scalability, efficiency, and compliance in AI implementations.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in AI, automation, or workflow optimization roles.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML models, APIs, and automation tools.
- Experience with RPA tools, cloud platforms, or AI services.
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NLP, predictive analytics, or process mining tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience working in digital transformation projects.
