Role Description The AI Workshop Trainer will design and deliver interactive remote workshops that introduce and explain AI concepts to diverse audiences in a clear and engaging way. This part-time role involves planning workshop curricula, preparing teaching materials and examples, and conducting live sessions that encourage participants to ask questions, solve problems, and experiment with AI tools.

The trainer will create supporting resources such as slides, exercises, and brief written guides to reinforce learning after each session. Day-to-day activities include adapting content for different skill levels,



gathering feedback from participants, collaborating with the Syntecxhub team to improve offerings, and staying up to date with developments in AI and education. The role is fully remote and requires reliable online communication and comfort with virtual teaching platforms.

Qualifications

- Robust experience in leading workshops and designing practical learning sessions.
- Demonstrated skills in training and facilitating interactive group learning.
- Ability in clear and concise writing to produce workshop materials and learner resources.
- Background in teaching or instruction, with a focus on explaining technical topics to varied audiences.
- Knowledge of education practices, learner engagement strategies, and curriculum development.
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, generative AI) and willingness to deepen expertise.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics in an accessible and inclusive manner.
