Role Description The AI Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing video content for influencer campaigns and creator portfolios, using AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and creativity. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, cutting and refining videos, adding motion graphics and visual elements, performing color grading, and preparing content in platform-specific formats.

The role involves collaborating with creators, account managers, and the creative team to align videos with campaign goals, brand guidelines,



and audience expectations. The AI Video Editor will also support content experimentation, versioning, and performance optimization based on analytics and feedback. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ranchi.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form digital content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics for social media and campaign assets.
- Experience using AI-powered video tools and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and trends in influencer and edutainment spaces.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with creators and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; a portfolio demonstrating prior video work is required.
