AI Test Automation Lead - JAVA

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and implement AI-enabled automation solutions across UI, API, and mobile platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java and Playwright.
- Leverage AI techniques and tools to optimize test design, execution, maintenance, defect prediction, and quality assurance processes.
- Build and enhance intelligent test automation solutions utilizing AI Agents, LLMs, Copilot, MCP tools, and self-healing automation capabilities.
- Design and manage QA Dev/Test pipelines integrated with CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
- Drive cloud-based automation frameworks with strong exposure to UI, API, and mobile testing.
- Define test strategies, estimation models, execution plans, quality metrics, and test closure reports for large-scale programs.
- Review and govern automation assets, test coverage, defect trends, and quality standards across teams.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to drive quality transformation initiatives.





AI & Advanced Testing Skills
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, MCP tools, and similar productivity solutions.
- Experience building or leveraging AI Agents using enterprise LLM platforms or cloud-based AI services.
- Strong understanding of intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, smart waits, flakiness detection, and AI-led testing frameworks.
- Exposure to enterprise AI testing tools such as ACCELQ, Testim, Tricentis Tosca, and Vision AI.
