Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced AI Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and safe AI-driven outputs across our clients' AI-first products.

Core Responsibilities (Learning & Supporting)

- Design, iterate, and refine prompts for LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to achieve desired outputs
- Support development of prompt engineering frameworks, templates, and evaluation criteria
- Conduct systematic testing (A/B testing) to improve model reliability
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate prompts into applications via APIs
- Assist in fine-tuning and evaluating model behavior using few-shot, chain-ofthought, and RAG techniques




- Contribute to and maintain a prompt library and documentation of best practices
- Stay current with LLM advancements, tooling, and industry trends
- Support analysis of model outputs for bias, safety, and accuracy issues

Requirements

Must Haves

- 4 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
- Robust understanding of prompt design techniques (zero-shot, few-shot, CoT, RAG)
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and evaluation pipelines
- Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills

Good to Haves

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Background in linguistics, cognitive science, or computational linguistics
- Experience fine-tuning or evaluating LLMs
- Familiarity with AI safety and alignment concepts
