Role Description The AI Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Anuppur, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of AI initiatives across ElevateX Digital Innovations. This role coordinates cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data science, and operations) to define program objectives, scope, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.

The AI Program Manager manages project roadmaps, tracks progress, mitigates risks,



and communicates status updates and outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing sprint activities, facilitating collaboration, documenting requirements, and ensuring that AI solutions are deployed reliably, ethically, and at scale. The role also involves continuous improvement of processes, adoption of best practices in AI program governance, and support for change management as recent technologies are introduced.

Qualifications

- Program and project management skills, including experience with planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven products, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in software development, cloud-based solutions, or SaaS environments.
