Job Title: AI/ML Engineer (Pharmacovigilance Suite)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (In-Office)

About the Role:
You will be at the core of developing our industry-specific AI solutions for the Pharmacovigilance (PV) domain. Your work will involve building, training, and deploying machine learning models, including Generative AI, to automate and improve processes like case processing, signal detection, and safety reporting.
Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and implement ML models and Generative AI applications tailored for PV use cases (e.g., narrative generation, causality assessment, signal detection).
● Manage the end-to-end data pipeline, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and versioning for AI models.
● Develop, test, and optimize prompts to improve the performance, accuracy, and safety of Generative AI models.
● Conduct in-depth analysis of model performance, identifying areas for improvement.
● Participate in R&D; to explore new Generative AI technologies and techniques for solution improvement.
● Collaborate with full-stack developers and DevOps engineers to deploy models into production.
● Create and maintain technical documentation for model architecture, training processes,
and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, AI).
● 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Data Science.
● Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
● Experience or exposure to Generative AI and Machine Learning concepts is a must.
● Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and platforms.
● Understanding of AI safety and security best practices.
● Experience with AWS, GCP services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker).
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
● Experience in healthcare/pharma IT products and processes.
● Prior experience with Pharma regulatory case processing and products.
● Understanding of NLP techniques for processing unstructured medical text (e.g., case narratives).
● Experience with GxP products and processes.
● Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
