We are seeking a motivated AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in data pre-processing, model development, and production-level ML workflows, with a passion for solving real-world problems using AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and optimize ML models for tasks like classification, regression, NLP, CV, and recommendations
- Develop data pipelines for collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ML solutions
- Deploy models to production using ML Ops best practices (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring)
- Evaluate, tune,



and validate models using statistical and ML techniques
- Maintain and monitor ML systems for performance and reliability
- Document processes, results, and workflows
- Explore current ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ML Ops tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Prefect)
- Knowledge of NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face)
- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exposure to vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, or RAG
- Experience deploying models via serverless, Kubernetes, or managed ML services
