About the Role :

We are looking for talented AI/ML professionals with robust Python programming skills and hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Science or Data Engineering. You will be part of the Technology for Operations (TFO) team, working on innovative technology solutions that help businesses adopt intelligent and AI-driven operating models.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement AI/ML solutions using Python.
- Work on machine learning models, algorithms and AI-based solutions.
- Analyze complex business and technical problems and develop appropriate solutions.
- Leverage existing AI/ML methodologies and adapt them to meet business requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative AI solutions.
- Contribute to solutions involving Generative AI, Agentic AI and Machine Learning.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and client teams.
- Work independently with minimal supervision on assigned projects.

Required Skills :





- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
- Good experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
