Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber AI/ML Data Engineer/Scientist to join our innovation hub in Bangalore. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable intelligence by architecting robust data pipelines and developing sophisticated machine learning models.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, data architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Your work will directly influence our product roadmap, driving data-informed decision-making and enhancing the end-user experience through predictive analytics and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure the seamless flow and integrity of large-scale datasets for downstream analytical consumption.
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures to solve critical business challenges and optimize operational efficiency.
- Execute rigorous data modeling strategies to structure complex information, enabling high-performance querying and accurate reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production environments,



ensuring high availability and low-latency performance for our global user base.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and trends, providing actionable insights that guide strategic business initiatives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end data pipelines and implementing machine learning workflows in production-grade environments.
- Proficiency in data modeling techniques and database management, with the ability to structure data for optimal performance and scalability.
- Solid command over deep learning frameworks and statistical modeling, coupled with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset, essential for working effectively within a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.
- A solid academic foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong grasp of algorithmic thinking and data structures.
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies, maintaining a proactive approach to continuous learning and technical excellence.
