About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Filmmaker with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI for video creation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about AI-powered storytelling and have expertise in creating cinematic, high-quality videos using the latest AI models and creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging, cinematic AI-generated videos for digital platforms.
- Develop high-quality prompts for image and video generation.
- Produce consistent characters, scenes, and visual storytelling using Generative AI.
- Stay updated with the latest AI video models and understand which models perform best for different creative requirements.
- Optimize workflows for faster, higher-quality AI video production.
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers to deliver compelling visual content.
- Experiment with new AI technologies and incorporate them into production pipelines.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in AI filmmaking or Generative AI content creation.
- Robust understanding of Generative AI image and video models.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:

- Flow by Google
- Kling AI
- Runway
- Pika
- Luma AI
- Veo (Google)
- Midjourney
- Flux
- Deep knowledge of prompt engineering for image and video generation.




- Understanding of model strengths, limitations, and selecting the best model for different creative tasks.
- Ability to create realistic, cinematic, stylized, and consistent visual outputs.
- Familiarity with AI upscaling, lip sync, motion control, camera movements, and character consistency techniques.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Understanding of filmmaking principles, including framing, lighting, pacing, and camera movement.
- Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing AI-generated films, commercials, trailers, or cinematic projects.
- Ability to adapt quickly to emerging AI tools and workflows.
