Strategic leadership: designing frameworks, enforcing governance, mentoring teams, ensuring scalability.

Defines policy gates, compliance guardrails, and ethical AI frameworks across agents.

Establishes telemetry schemas, structured logging, dashboards, and reliability monitoring.

Leads MCP integration and enterprise middleware orchestration for secure agent communication.
