We are actively seeking the following roles to bring into the team based in India and Middle East. We would be looking to bring on 3-5 experts as contractors and hoping your team can help us source.

Role Description - AI Expert (India): We are looking for experienced AI practitioners who can design and facilitate executive level and practitioner-focused AI capability-building programs for corporate clients across India.

Mode: Hybrid

Location: Pan India

Experience and Background:

- 15 to 20+ years of industry experience with demonstrated expertise in AI, ML and Data Science.
- Experience leading AI product or engineering teams comprising data engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, full-stack developers and solution architects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI capability-building or executive education programs for business leaders and AI practitioners.
- Solid facilitation and executive presence - comfortable with C-suite and senior leadership cohorts.
- Based in India or the Middle East; Arabic-speaking capability is desirable for Middle East programs.
- Facilitate AI workshops for CXO-1 and senior business leaders including function heads and unit heads – Shaping AI narratives, demonstrating AI use cases in workflow redesign and productivity tools (preferred expertise in diverse LLMs – Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT, Claude etc.).

Topics expertise: Broader range of AI topics:

- Generative AI and Large Language Models — practical applications
- AI strategy and roadmap for organizations
- Responsible AI




- AI adoption and change management
- Agentic AI
- AI-enabled workflow redesign and productivity
- Hands-on use case development using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and similar GenAI tools

Program context:

- Sessions range from half-day workshops to multi-day programs
- Cohort sizes typically 30-50 participants
- Client profile includes large corporates across Public Sector, BFSI, Energy, Government and Healthcare sectors
- Delivery format: Instructor-led workshops (virtual and in-person)
- Commercially viable for India / Middle East market pricing
- Travel allowance to different cities will be taken care
- Anticipated duration of engagement is ~6 months as of now (and extendable).

Engagement Structure:

- Session Duration Flexibility: The engagement is expected to include a mix of both full-day workshops (up to 8 hours) and shorter-duration consulting/training sessions, depending on the specific client requirements and objectives.

- Engagement Cadence: Sessions are anticipated to be spread across multiple months during the proposed six-month engagement period, with consulting and training activities scheduled periodically based on client needs rather than on a continuous basis.

- Estimated Monthly Commitment: At a preliminary level, the expected commitment is approximately 6-8 hours per month. However, the actual number of hours may vary and could increase or decrease depending on evolving client requirements and project demands.
