Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven AI Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our Ahmedabad team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions, working with Generative AI and LLM-based applications, and integrating AI models into production-grade software. This role requires someone who can work independently, take ownership of AI features end-to-end, and contribute to technically challenging projects involving AI, 3D visualization, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications (e.g., RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agentic workflows).
- Own the AI/ML lifecycle — data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Integrate AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs, etc.) into production applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software engineers, 3D/graphics developers, product teams) to implement AI-powered features.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for production environments.
- Work on Computer Vision and NLP tasks as needed, depending on project requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable,



and well-documented code following best practices.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot AI models and pipelines in development and production.
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML and Generative AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to ongoing projects.
- Mentor junior team members/interns on AI/ML fundamentals and best practices, as needed.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and common ML/DL libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Practical experience with Generative AI / LLMs — prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, or building LLM-powered applications.
- Solid understanding of core ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, classification, regression, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Experience integrating AI models via REST APIs into software applications.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and standard software development practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or ML deployment tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently in an on-site, collaborative environment.

Good to Have
- Experience with Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO, image/video processing).
- Exposure to NLP techniques and libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate) for RAG applications.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices — model versioning, CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker).
- Experience with 3D applications, Digital Twins, or real-time rendering technologies.
- Prior contributions to AI/ML projects, open-source work, or published research.
- Knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript/React, Node.js) for building end-to-end AI-powered applications.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
