Role Description As an AI Engineer at CogniSquad, you will design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions that enhance digital marketing performance and automation. You will develop and maintain models for tasks such as audience segmentation, creative optimization, performance forecasting, and content analysis across YouTube and Instagram.

Day-to-day work includes data exploration, feature engineering, training and evaluating models, implementing prediction and recommendation systems, and integrating AI services into existing software tools and workflows. You will collaborate with marketing strategists, data analysts, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions, monitor model performance, and iterate based on real-world results.



This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective communication, self-management, and comfort working with distributed teams.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, APIs, and version control.
- Proficiency in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for building and optimizing machine learning models.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for analyzing and generating text, such as social media content and campaign messaging.
- Experience with ML/AI frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, spaCy).
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and evaluation metrics.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort collaborating in remote, cross-functional teams; transparent written and verbal communication skills.
- Nice to have: experience applying AI in marketing or advertising technology, familiarity with YouTube/Instagram analytics and MLOps or cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
