As we continue to expand globally, we're looking for a passionate, target-driven, and consultative AI Education & Career Consultant to help prospective learners make informed career decisions and enroll in our AI programs.

What You'll Do;

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals on AI degree programs and career pathways
- Understand learner goals and recommend the most suitable program through consultative selling
- Manage the complete admission lifecycle—from lead qualification and counseling to application Engage with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to maximize conversions
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide an exceptional admission Consistently achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, and student success teams to improve lead conversion and learner experience




- Stay updated on AI industry trends, program offerings, and competitor landscape to effectively position Saras AI Institute

What We're Looking For;

- 4–6 years of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or education consulting
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enrollment/sales targets
- Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and virtual communication tools
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
- Passion for education and helping learners build successful careers in AI
