AI-Enabled Video Creator — Intern

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid — work from office) · Duration: 6 months Team: Content & Design, RockED India R&D; We care about two things: can you cut a video that holds attention, and have you actually made something with AI video tools? If you've been up late generating clips in Runway, Sora, Veo, or HeyGen because it's fun you're most of the way there. We'll teach you the rest.

Cut raw footage into short, punchy Guides built for phone screens.

Generate b-roll and concept visuals in Runway, Sora, or Veo and know when a shot isn't good enough to ship.

Build avatar-led explainers in HeyGen and voiceovers in ElevenLabs.

Add captions, typography, music, and sound that keep learners watching.

Pick up After Effects motion graphics, with support from people who know it well.

Try new AI tools as they drop and tell us which ones are worth adopting. What We're Looking For

Must have





Adobe Premiere Pro you can cut, sync audio, add text, export clean. Basic is fine.

Hands-on AI video generation. You've prompted, generated, re-rolled, fixed. Runway, Sora, Veo, Kling, Luma, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs any of it counts. This one isn't optional.

Studying or recently graduated in Film, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication or self-taught with the work to back it up.

A portfolio. Coursework, freelance, reels for a friend's café, the AI short you made for no reason. All valid. Positive to have (genuinely not deal-breakers)

After Effects basics, colour correction, audio cleanup, typography.

ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Firefly, or Descript in your workflow.

Educational, explainer, or social content you've made before.

No polished showreel required. Curiosity plus proof you've shipped something with these tools. Why It's Worth 6 Months

Your work ships. Not a mock project Guides you touch go live to real learners within weeks.

You'll get good at the AI stack while it's still being figured out. Small team, real ownership. You'll work with designers, instructional designers, and product across India and the US.

You'll leave with a reel of real work, watched by real learners, that you're actually proud of.

One request: if you have AI-assisted work, tell us which tool did what and what you fixed by hand. That's the part we read closest.
