Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with a strong software engineering/development background to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and developing scalable backend applications using contemporary software engineering practices.

This role requires someone who can bridge traditional software development with cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver robust, secure, and scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and services.
- Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) solutions using APIs and open-source models.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python and modern web frameworks.
- Design AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and intelligent workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Optimize AI model performance, latency, and cost.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques and evaluate AI model outputs.
- Build REST APIs and microservices to support AI applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
- Monitor deployed AI applications and continuously improve performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and software engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence,



or a related field.
- 4+ years of software engineering or software development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing AI or Generative AI applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python .
- Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django .
- Experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or similar).
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, or FAISS.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals.
- Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Experience with Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as LangSmith, MLflow, or Weights & Biases.
- Experience implementing AI security and governance best practices.
- Exposure to prompt optimization and AI evaluation frameworks.

Nice to Have

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
