At AskGalore we build AI-powered automations that solve real, messy business problems for global clients. This role is a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

- you sit between our finance-domain business analysts and the working software, translating real-world process logic into production-grade automations powered by Claude and other LLMs.

This is not a model-training, data-science, or MLOps role. It's for a strong full-stack engineer who has learned to build dramatically faster with AI and wants that to be the core of the job, someone who uses AI to the hilt to design, build, test, and ship. If you started your career writing full-stack code and have grown into shipping AI-driven automations and agentic workflows, this role is built for you.

What you'll do

- Work directly with finance-domain BAs to turn business logic and process rules into automated, end-to-end workflows.
- Design, build, and deploy complex automations orchestrated with Claude / LLMs — prompt engineering, tool use (function calling), and multi-step agentic workflows.
- Build the full stack around the AI: APIs, backend services, integrations, and lightweight dashboards.
- Use AI-powered QA agents to test, validate, and harden what you ship.
- Integrate automations with client systems — databases, ERPs, third-party APIs, and webhooks.
- Deploy at the point of use,



iterate fast on real feedback, and own outcomes rather than tickets.
- Write clean, modular, well-documented code with proper version control.

Must-have skills
- 4–6 years of hands-on engineering, with a strong full-stack foundation (Python + JavaScript/TypeScript; React/Node or equivalent).
- Solid backend / API development and systems integration — REST APIs, webhooks, databases, authentication.
- Hands-on experience building real automations with LLMs (Claude, GPT, or similar): prompt engineering, tool use / function calling, and agentic / multi-step workflows .
- Fluency with AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot — you build with AI every day.




- Experience with workflow automation platforms or frameworks (n8n, Temporal, Zapier, Make, or custom orchestration).
- Clean, production-quality code with documentation and Git-based version control.

Good-to-have skills
- Exposure to finance / FinTech domain or process automation.
- RAG , vector databases, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) for tool-connected agents.
- Basic cloud + Docker for deployment.
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing / QA agents.

Qualifications
