Assistant General Manager (AGM) Finance & Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive AGM – Finance & Accounts to oversee the finance and accounting function for our manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Manufacturing/FMCG, with expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, banking, audits, statutory compliance, and SAP ERP.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations, ensuring timely month-end and year-end financial closure.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and financial accounting.
- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability reporting.
- Manage banking, cash flow, fund flow, treasury, and working capital.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits while ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Ensure strong internal controls and process improvements through SAP ERP.
- Partner with Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain,



and Operations to support business decisions and cost optimization.

Candidate Profile

- CA
- 6–8 years of experience in Manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong expertise in AP, AR, Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Budgeting, Banking, Audit, Taxation, and MIS.
- Hands-on experience with SAP
- Good understanding of manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
