Desired Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience supporting Agiloft application integrated in an Information System landscape.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), system testing, and change control processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage users, developers, and business leaders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new enterprise systems.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, FDA validation, or similar) desirable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Support and maintain the Agiloft application by executing system configuration, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Administer user licenses assignment and termination.




- Troubleshoot application and integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams to implement resolutions.
- Work closely with application vendors and business stakeholders to understand system functionality and drive improvements.
- Manage implementation of new functionalities, including coordinating testing, validation, and deployment into production.
- Perform Risk Analysis of SaaS release whitepaper, identify and implement mitigation actions (configurations changes) needed to ensure solution stability and identify regression testing to be executed.
- Ensure adherence to change management and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, internal quality policies).
- Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles for internal support use.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, acting as a subject matter expert for enterprise applications.
- Monitor application performance and proactively recommend enhancements or optimizations.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously expand knowledge of enterprise application platforms.
