AGM/DGM Construction (Commercial Real Estate) | Ludhiana

- Lead end-to-end construction execution of commercial real estate projects.

- Ensure project delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.

- Supervise RCC, finishing, MEP, and fit-out works at site.

- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies.

- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.

- Control project costs, contractor billing, and budget utilization.





- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.

- Manage contractor performance, work orders, and contractual compliance.

- Drive quality assurance initiatives and implementation of best construction practices.

- Prepare MIS reports and project status updates for management review.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory agencies for approvals and compliance.

Compensation

- CTC: Up to 20 LPA

- Location: Ludhiana, Punjab.
