Exp : 12yrs to 18yrs he Delivery Lead is accountable for end-to-end Agile service delivery, leading multiple cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives. This role owns delivery commitments, drives decision-making across teams, and ensures predictable, quality-driven execution through strong stakeholder collaboration and governance.

The Delivery

Lead acts as the single point of accountability for delivery across multiple squads, drives alignment across teams, and ensures that delivery commitments are met with the highest standards of quality, governance, and customer satisfaction. --- Key Responsibilities · Own end-to-end delivery for Squad teams, from planning through execution, quality assurance, and release. Strong planning and execution skills. · Lead and coordinate multiple Agile squads, ensuring alignment with sprint goals, milestones, and delivery commitments. · Collaborate closely with other delivery leads, Squad Leads, QA Leads, and Product Owners. · Facilitate regular team ceremonies and leadership syncs to ensure alignment and early issue resolution. · Act as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, timelines, quality, and risks. · Take ownership of delivery-related decisions and contribute to key cross-team and program-level decisions. · Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparent communication, expectation management, and issue resolution.



· Facilitate regular governance forums and team syncs to ensure alignment and address impediments early. · Monitor delivery progress, quality metrics, and risks; implement corrective and preventive actions proactively. · Foster a strong quality mindset, ensuring adherence to delivery standards, integration quality, and best practices. · Enable high team performance through collaboration, coaching, and removal of delivery blockers. --- Professional & Technical Skills Must-Have Skills · Strong proficiency in Service Delivery Management within Agile environments. · Solid understanding of Agile and Project Management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Secure fundamentals). · Proven experience leading multiple squads or teams in complex delivery engagements. · Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills. · Demonstrated quality-first mindset with focus on predictable delivery and defect prevention. · Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities across teams.

Skills · Experience in program governance, risk management, and delivery reporting. · Ability to collaborate across business, product, architecture, QA teams. · Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills. --- Experience & Qualification · 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with significant experience in Agile delivery lead roles. · Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery across multiple Agile Squads. · Agile or Project Management certifications (CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMP) are an advantage.
