Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with expertise in UiPath and Blue Prism to design and develop intelligent automation solutions. The role involves building AI-powered agents, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise systems, and delivering scalable automation solutions that enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions integrated with UiPath and Blue Prism.
- Build AI-powered agents using LLMs, NLP, OCR, and AI/ML technologies.
- Develop intelligent workflow orchestration for enterprise automation.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications using secure REST APIs and web services.
- Develop automation solutions using Python and/or .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, reliability, and compliance.
- Perform design reviews, code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Document AI agent architectures, automation workflows, technical designs, and operational runbooks.
- Monitor automation performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Provide technical guidance as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.

Required Skills:

- 58 years of experience in Software Development, Intelligent Automation,



or AI-enabled solution delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Blue Prism.
- Experience designing and developing Agentic AI or AI-driven workflow orchestration solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), OCR, and AI/ML concepts.
- Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Proficiency in Python and/or .NET (C#).
- Good knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
- Experience with Cloud AI platforms/services (Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google Cloud AI is preferred).
- Knowledge of automation monitoring, analytics, logging, and observability tools.
- Understanding of enterprise security, authentication, and governance practices.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Copilot Studio is an added advantage.
- Exposure to enterprise automation, digital transformation, or financial services projects is desirable.
- Relevant UiPath, Blue Prism, Microsoft Azure AI, or AI/ML certifications are preferred.
