Role Description The Agent Developer role at Uniteminds LLP is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, building, and maintaining software agents and automation workflows. On a day-to-day basis, the Agent Developer will analyze requirements, architect agent-based solutions, implement and test features, and integrate agents with APIs, data sources, and existing systems.

The role includes writing clean, maintainable code, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing agents for reliability, scalability, and security.

The Agent

Developer will collaborate closely with product managers, other engineers, and stakeholders to refine specifications, deliver updates, and ensure solutions align with business goals.



Documentation of technical designs, processes, and best practices, as well as participation in code reviews and knowledge sharing, is an important part of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong software development skills in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#) and experience building backend services or automation workflows.
- Knowledge of agent-based systems, automation frameworks, or AI-driven solutions, including integration with APIs, web services, and data pipelines.
- Experience with software engineering best practices such as version control (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization or orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, and comfort collaborating in distributed, remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agent development, automation, or AI/ML projects is an advantage but not mandatory.
