Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-impact Agent Developer III - Frontend Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance, scalable, and resilient frontend applications using React.js and contemporary web technologies. As a Senior Engineer, you will bridge the gap between product strategy, UX design, and technical execution.

You will establish engineering best practices, drive architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new user-facing features using React.js and its ecosystem.

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.

Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems and bugs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development, especially within the React ecosystem.

Write unit and integration tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of the application

Required Skills

Experience: 5 - 7 years of professional software engineering experience specializing in modern frontend development.

Core Tech:



Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS. Framework Mastery: Deep expertise in React.js core principles, lifecycle hooks, concurrent features, and state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API).

Web Performance: Proven track record of optimizing Core Web Vitals, code-splitting, lazy loading, and asset bundle size optimization.APIs & Integration: Extensive experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and modern authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth). Tooling &

CI/CD:

Hands-on experience with modern front-end build pipelines (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn) and CI/CD workflows.

Testing: Strong hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).

Version Control: Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and collaborative workflow standard practices. Preferred Qualifications

Modern Frameworks: Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) using frameworks like Next.js.

Design Systems: Proven experience building or maintaining enterprise-level UI component libraries / Design Systems (Storybook, Material-UI, Tailwind, Radix).

Micro-Frontends: Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures (Module Federation) and monolithic-to-microfrontend migrations.

Process: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA. Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
