We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our Global Web Marketing team at Lenovo. This role will be instrumental in building and optimizing user-centric web interfaces that integrate seamlessly with AEM, driving performance, accessibility, and scalability across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

- Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, reusable components within the AEM ecosystem.
- Optimize front-end code for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. AEM Integration
- Build and maintain AEM components, templates, and client libraries.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and AEM architects to ensure seamless integration of front-end code with AEM workflows and services.
- Implement personalization and targeting features using AEM capabilities. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies. Quality & Performance
- Ensure adherence to web standards, accessibility (WCAG),



and SEO best practices.
- Conduct performance audits and implement improvements using tools like Lighthouse, WebPageTest, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues across environments. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with AEM component development, Sightly/HTL, Sling Models, and client-side libraries.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles.
- Experience with performance optimization and front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM is a plus.
- Experience using Jira/Confluence is a plus. Soft Skills
