About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Ad Sales professional to drive advertising revenue across assigned industry categories. The role involves end-to-end client management from planning and pitching to execution and relationship building .

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1-5years of Experience in Sales/ Business Development

Key Responsibilities

- Drive advertising revenue for assigned industry categories and meet/exceed sales targets
- Plan, pitch, and close advertising deals with current and existing clients
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders




- Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and propose relevant ad solutions
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Anticipate client requirements and proactively offer customized solutions
- Track and manage campaign execution, including CNC (Come/Not Come) monitoring
- Ensure optimal market share within the assigned category
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless campaign delivery and client servicing
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Business Development
- Strong understanding of advertising and media sales processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Good market awareness and analytical skills
