STONOVIA® is a growing international home improvement brand specializing in premium flexible stone veneer and lightweight stone panels. Alongside our U.S.-based fireplace brand, we're expanding our digital marketing efforts and are looking for a performance-driven Ads Specialist who thrives on testing, optimization, and measurable growth.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. This is a hands-on execution role where you'll work closely with our creative team to continuously improve campaign performance through testing and data-driven decisions.

Your Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Perform ongoing A/B testing of:
- Ad creatives
- Headlines
- Ad copy
- Audiences
- Campaign structures
- Landing pages
- Proactively test new video creatives, images, hooks, and messaging to discover winning ads.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Assist with persuasive advertising copy and campaign messaging.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini,



and similar platforms to improve workflows, research, and creative development.
- Prepare weekly campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Required

- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing principles.
- Experience with Google Performance Max campaigns.
- Familiarity with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous testing, experimentation, and optimization.

Nice to Have Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:

- TikTok Ads
- Pinterest Ads
- Shopify
- Home improvement or eCommerce brands
- Landing Page Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- SEO or Content Marketing
- AI-powered marketing workflows

Compensation

- ₹38,000/month (Approx. USD $400/month)
- Full-Time | Onsite
- 2-month probationary period
