Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist to lead and support our cross-channel personalization, analytics, and data-orchestration initiatives. You will be responsible for setting up real-time data collection, designing XDM schemas, managing identity stitching, and configuring automated customer journeys across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- AEP & RTCDP Architecture: Design and implement XDM schemas, dataset configurations, profile merge policies, identity namespaces, and real-time audience segmentation.
- Journey Orchestration & Activation: Build, test, and optimize event-driven, multi-channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Marketo.
- Data Collection & Web SDK: Manage client-side tracking and end-to-end data ingestion by implementing Adobe Web SDK and Edge Network architectures.
- Personalization & Decisioning:



Configure Adobe Target and AJO Offer Decisioning (Next Best Action) use cases across web and mobile applications.
- Analytics & Reporting: Work with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to build reports, custom metrics, and performance dashboards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations and lead QA/activation.

- Adobe Tools: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Marketo.
- Technical Skills: Web SDK implementation, Data Collection/Tracking setup, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL.
- Core Concepts: XDM Schema Design, Identity Stitching, Offer Decisioning, Segment Builder, Data Governance & Consent Management.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, stakeholder management, and technical troubleshooting abilities.
