We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to drive student enrollments for Australia and New Zealand universities. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.

Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and study pathways.

Handle end-to-end admissions counseling, from lead generation to enrollment.

Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

Achieve monthly and quarterly Sales/admissions/ Visa targets.

Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a high conversion rate.

Eligibility

Criteria

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–5 years of experience in B2C sales, admissions counseling, study abroad consulting, or education sales.

Experience in Australia / New Zealand admissions is a MUST.

Proven track record of achieving sales or enrollment targets.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week Monday- Saturday, Sunday off.
