Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to oversee key administrative and operational functions within our admissions department. This role involves managing end-to-end processes for enrollments, payments, refunds, course access, certificate issuance, and participant queries.



The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth experience for students and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Partnerships, Sales, and Program Support, to resolve both pre- and post-enrollment issues efficiently.

This position requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Familiarity with educational technology and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role. This role requires the candidate to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) with rotational week offs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enrollments: Review and assess participant applications, ensuring eligibility criteria are met and admissions processes are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participant Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for participant inquiries related to enrollment, course access, payment processing, refunds, deferments, and certificates. Respond to these queries promptly and with clear information.
- Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams: Work collaboratively with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and other departments to resolve participant issues, ensuring seamless coordination between teams. Help maintain consistency and quality of service across all touchpoints.
- Meet KPI requirement :



Meet the defined thresholds for key customer impacting KPIs like QA, CSAT, SLA.
- Dynamic Environment Management: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a positive, problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications and Skillset:

- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in admissions, student support, or a similar administrative role within the education sector is highly advantageous. Prior experience with educational technology or in an EdTech company will be a bonus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Must be detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive student information with care.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as this role involves constant interaction with students, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Independence: Ability to work independently while maintaining open and clear communication with the team. Experience working remotely is a plus.
- Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once while maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in live chat, email support, or outbound calling roles is ideal for handling participant interactions effectively.
