About the role

We are looking for one dedicated, city-facing Admissions and Community Outreach Executive who will work with us to strategise admissions and community involvement.

This is a field-first role. You will spend most of your day outside the school, meeting families across Jodhpur, building relationships with preschools and community networks, and running small events that bring prospective students to our campuses. If you love talking to people, are comfortable setting your own schedule, and want your work to show up directly in enrolment numbers, this role is for you.

What you'll do

- City outreach and relationship building
- Travel daily across Jodhpur to meet prospective parents in residential colonies, apartment complexes, parks, and community spaces.
- School events and campus experiences
- Plan and run Open House days, campus tours, and admissions preview events.Organise small student-facing events (art workshops, quiz days,



toddler trials)
- On-ground marketing activations

Requirements

- 2+ years in school admissions, field sales, community outreach, or marketing.
- Natural people person — warm, confident, and genuinely curious about families and children.
- Excellent spoken Hindi and English; able to adjust naturally between different kinds of parents.
- Highly self-directed — able to plan your own day, manage a pipeline, and hit targets independently.
- Own vehicle (two-wheeler or car) and willingness to travel across Jodhpur daily.
- Basic proficiency with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and similar tools for tracking and communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
