The Admissions Counselor at MedMaster Academy (medmaster.in) is a full-time, target-driven sales and student support role based on-site in Sector 142 Noida, India. The primary goal is to act as a healthcare education consultant, converting prospective leads into admissions for medical fellowships, diplomas, and certifications.

Core Job Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion & Sales: Call outbound leads and manage inbound telephonic queries to pitch professional medical courses, address concerns, and secure enrollments.
- Student Counseling: Engage with doctors and medical aspirants over the phone or online to map out their career objectives and recommend matching learning tracks.
- Enrollment Management: Assist students through the complete enrollment lifecycle, including eligibility assessments, documentation, course registration, and fee collection tracking.
- Relationship & Follow-up Management: Build continuous pipeline rapport with interested students,



maintaining rigid follow-up routines to ensure high closure rates.
- Reporting & Strategy: Execute tailored sales strategies to hit personal monthly enrollment targets and deliver structured daily progress reports to management

Profile Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream is required. Preference is explicitly given to candidates holding a medical or healthcare-related degree.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an academic counselor, tele-counselor, or sales executive in the Ed-Tech or healthcare sector.
- Key Skills: High proficiency in consultative selling, objection handling, active listening, and persuasive interpersonal communication.

Location : Sector 142, Ansal Corporate Park Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹410,000.00 per year
