Position: Admission Counsellor / Admission Head

Location: Mayoor School, Noida

Department: Admissions

Role Purpose To drive student admissions by providing a seamless admission experience to prospective parents and students while achieving admission targets and maintaining the school's brand image.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Counsel prospective parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Conduct campus tours and coordinate admission-related interactions.
- Plan and execute admission drives, open houses, school events, and outreach programs.
- Build relationships with parents, corporate organizations, preschools, and community partners to generate admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions using MIS/CRM.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for entrance assessments, documentation, and onboarding of new students.




- Prepare periodic admission reports and analyze admission trends to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure excellent parent experience throughout the admission lifecycle.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5 to 12 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid counselling, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/MIS tools.
