We are expanding our Admissions team and are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven professionals who are passionate about helping students build successful careers.

What You'll Do

- Counsel prospective students through calls, video meetings, walk-ins, and virtual sessions.
- Understand students' educational background, career aspirations, and learning needs.
- Guide candidates in selecting the most suitable NISFS career program.
- Explain program curriculum, certifications, projects, placement support, fee structure, and financing options.
- Conduct engaging online and offline program presentations.
- Follow up with leads and manage the complete admission lifecycle.
- Handle objections confidently and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead records using CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.

What We're Looking For





- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-5 years of experience in Admissions, Inside Sales, Education Counselling, EdTech, or B2C Sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales or admission targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
- Fluent in English and at least one regional language.
- Willing to work six days a week.
