Role & responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and messaging channels.

- Identify applicants' career aspirations, educational background, and program eligibility.

- Maintain and nurture an active pipeline of prospective leads through structured follow-ups.

- Advise candidates on DSU's online UG/PG degree structures, flexibility, LMS platform, and career outcomes.

- Resolve inquiries regarding fees, schedules, accreditation, and admission procedures.

- Overcome applicant hesitations and deliver compelling value propositions to drive enrollments.

- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.

- Guide applicants through document submission, eligibility verification, and fee payment.

- Assist eligible candidates with installment plans and loan/scholarship options.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 1-8 years in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or university admissions.

- Skills: Solid English communication (Kannada or Hindi is a plus), high-energy telesales, and CRM proficiency.

- Workplace: Full-time, On-site (Bengaluru).
