Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide career guidance to students on various educational programs and courses offered by the institution.

- Conduct telephonic conversations with potential students to understand their academic goals and aspirations.

- Identify suitable course options for each student based on their interests, aptitudes, and academic background.

- Follow up with prospective students until they make a decision about enrolling in the institution.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in admission counselling or related field (career counselling, educational sales).

- Robust communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.

- Ability to work independently from home office environment with minimal supervision.
