Role Description The Admission Counselor role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The counselor will guide prospective learners through the admission process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and helping candidates choose suitable courses aligned with their career goals.

Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person, phone, and online), following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and coordinating with faculty and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.



The role also involves participating in outreach activities, webinars, seminars, and events to promote Analyx Academy’s programs, as well as supporting prospective learners with application formalities, payment processes, and pre-course orientation.

The Admission

Counselor is expected to uphold a learner-centric approach, provide clear and empathetic guidance, and contribute to enrollment growth targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage with diverse learners and stakeholders.
- Customer Service and Sales abilities to handle inquiries, build trust, and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Education-related experience or understanding of academic or training programs to effectively counsel learners on course selection.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or lead management tools for maintaining accurate admission records.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and meet admission and follow-up timelines.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, career guidance, or education sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in counseling, education, or marketing are an advantage.
- Strong ethical standards, learner-focused mindset, and willingness to participate in events, webinars, and outreach activities.
