Role Description The Admission Executive – MBA is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process for prospective MBA learners at HCMX Business School. This full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves counseling prospective applicants, conducting information sessions, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

The role includes screening applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate applicant records, and supporting admission events such as open houses, fairs, and webinars.

Executive collaborates with academic and marketing teams to ensure clear communication of program features, timelines, and requirements, and contributes to meeting enrollment targets. The position also involves preparing reports, tracking admission metrics, and suggesting process improvements for a better applicant experience.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate counseling, presentations, and stakeholder coordination.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities for handling multiple applications, deadlines, and events.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or admissions management systems for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills to support prospective learners through the admission journey.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced academic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in admissions, student recruitment, sales, or counseling in an educational or training institution is preferred.
- Knowledge of MBA programs and awareness of the Indian higher education ecosystem will be considered beneficial.
