Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administration Civil Engineer role based in Raigarh.

The Administration Civil

Engineer will coordinate civil engineering activities within plant premises, including review of design documents, drawings, and layout plans for administrative buildings, utilities, and site development. The role involves assisting in planning and execution of civil works, monitoring construction progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining project documentation. The individual will collaborate with internal departments and external contractors, support stormwater and drainage management,



and contribute to maintenance and improvement of civil infrastructure. The role also includes preparing reports, supporting budgeting for civil projects, and ensuring timely resolution of site-related issues.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and review technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer in industrial or infrastructure projects, preferably in large-scale manufacturing or steel plant environments.
- Skills in Planning and coordination of civil works, including scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring progress.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and site development best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards relevant to civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in basic civil engineering software and MS Office for reports, estimates, and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in office in Raigarh and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.
