Role & responsibilities

1. Assist Management in business planning and annual budgeting for Chemical products.
2. Provide inputs for preparation of sales and marketing strategy for Chemical products in terms of product pricing, promotion and margins in line with GNFCs business plan.
3. Devise promotions/events to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share.
4. Ensure implementation of business development initiatives to increase market share and profitability.
5. Allocate / review sales targets for individual Product Heads based on business plan.
6. Receive periodic updates from Product Heads on stocks, consumption patterns and prices and track compliance with budgets.
7. Coordinate with Production department to ensure safe and effective turnaround of the product tankers.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Exposure in IT Skills is essential and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
2.



Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy.
3. Candidate should be conversant to HRMS, ERP modules, preferably SAP system.
4. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate for the selection process.
5. Management reserves the right to cancel / restrict/ enlarge/modify/alter the recruitment/selection process without assigning any reason thereafter.
6. The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any eligibility standards/ criteria test as the case may be, to the selection process.

Remuneration : The selected candidate will be taken on Companys Regular Grade GREO-03 and the existing CTC of Grade GREO-03 is Approx. Rs. 30.77 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July – 2026.
