Role & responsibilities

1. To carry out all pre-project activities for various project with day to day market analysis, risk management and strategies development.
2. Responsible for supporting the formulation and implementation of both short-term and long-term strategic plans.
3. Transform strategic objectives into actionable business plans and ensure effective execution.
4. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of these strategies are essential, allowing for adjustments in response to changing market dynamics.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners is crucial, as is leading negotiations and structuring deals that align with the organizations objectives.

6. To identify opportunities to enhance processes, adopt new technologies, and explore creative business models.
7. Leading change management initiatives and fostering a culture of adaptability are important for keeping the organization agile in a rapidly evolving business environment.
8. Responsible for development project proposal and its approval etc.

9. Responsible for Risk Management of the company, reporting to stakeholder, Risk Management Committee,



Board etc.
10. Responsible for progress report of the company to Project committee, Board etc.
11. Act as a point of contact for external agencies, statutory bodies etc.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Exposure in IT Skills is essential and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
2. Candidate must be Computer, Technology Savvy and have good presentation skill.
3. Candidate should be conversant to HRMS, ERP modules, preferably SAP system.
4. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate for the selection process.
5. Candidate shall be put on contract basis.
6. Management reserves the right to cancel / restrict / enlarge / modify / alter the recruitment / selection process without assigning any reason thereafter.
7. The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any eligibility standards/ criteria test as the case may be, to the selection process.
