About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive Ad Operations Intern to support daily campaign execution from ad trafficking to reporting, billing, and ERP data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Traffic and QA ad campaigns across ad servers/platforms
- Capture and organize live campaign screenshots for verification
- Compile and share campaign performance reports
- Support billing and invoicing, and reconcile with delivery data
- Update and maintain records on the ERP portal
- Coordinate with sales, creative, and finance teams for smooth campaign delivery
Requirements
- Pursuing/recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong cross-team coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Flexible with working hours as per campaign needs
Valuable to Have
- Familiarity with ad servers (GAM, DV360, etc.) or ERP tools
- Prior internship experience in operation
