We are seeking a highly experienced Actimize ActOne Developer / Lead with deep expertise in eRCM (Enterprise Risk Case Management) The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Actimize solutions to enhance financial crime detection and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities Actimize Development

- Design, develop, and customize solutions on the Actimize ActOne platform
- Implement and maintain eRCM modules including alerts, workflows, and dashboards
- Develop and enhance Actimize plugins and reusable components
- Configure and manage Actimize scheduler jobs and automation

eRCM Functional & Technical Implementation

- Configure and customize:
- Alert Types and Alert Views
- DART (Data Access and Retrieval Tool) configurations
- Workflow design and rule implementation

- Platform Lists and Widgets

- Manage
- User, Group, and Role Entitlements
- Case lifecycle configurations and escalations
- Handle XSL transformations for UI customization and reporting

Database & SQL Development

- Design and optimize RCM database schema objects
- Write efficient and scalable SQL queries, joins, and stored procedures

- Perform

- Query performance tuning
- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting




- Ensure data integrity and optimal performance across large datasets

System Integration & Support

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Actimize with upstream/downstream systems
- Support production releases and provide L3 support for critical issues
- Conduct system performance tuning and debugging

Best Practices & Leadership

- Drive coding standards, design best practices, and governance
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in Actimize ActOne development
- Robust hands-on expertise in eRCM development

- Proficiency in
- Actimize ActOne framework
- eRCM Plugins & Scheduler

- Actimize tools and utilities

- Strong Java development skills

- Advanced knowledge of

- RCM Database Schema
- Complex SQL queries and performance tuning

- Experience with XSL/XSLT transformations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Financial Crime, AML, or Fraud Detection systems
- Exposure to Actimize IFM/RCM/Watchlist filtering
- Knowledge of banking compliance regulations
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
